Psych Garden is home to three clinicians: Dr. Mark Green, MD (founder and psychiatrist), Danielle Green, LICSW (psychotherapist specializing in AEDP and relational trauma), and Drew Welch, RN (psychotherapist focused on existential and integrative approaches). Together we offer a full spectrum of psychiatric and therapeutic care.

Start by reaching out through our contact page or calling our office. We’ll schedule a brief consultation to understand your needs and match you with the right clinician. From there, we’ll set up an initial intake appointment and get you oriented to our care model.

We take an integrative, collaborative approach that treats the whole person — not just symptoms. Our team combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, and ketamine-assisted treatment under one roof, working together across disciplines. Care is always tailored to you, informed by evidence, and grounded in a genuine therapeutic relationship.

We are currently out-of-network with insurance plans. We can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement from your insurer. Many patients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement. We’re happy to discuss fees and payment options during your initial consultation.

We are based in Cambridge, MA, serving patients throughout the Greater Boston area. We also offer telehealth appointments for patients located anywhere in Massachusetts. Our office address and directions are available on our Contact page.

Yes. We offer telehealth appointments for therapy and medication management to patients throughout Massachusetts. Some services — including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy — require in-person visits. We’ll discuss the right format for your care during your initial consultation.
